Schrodinger’s buckyball?!?!

“‎A cat is like a large buckyball. Or a buckyball is like a small cat” – Prof. Ezra in CHEM 3890.

Today in Pchem, the professor finally demystified the paradox of Schrodinger’s cat as the finale in talking about the two-slit experiment. The quote comes from the fact that the experiment was performed with electrons, neutrons, He atoms, and finally buckyball (buckminsterfullerene). And then a cat! But not really – no cats.

A friend once told me that all I eat is chocolate and cheese. I was both disturbed and amused to realize that he was right.
